SACRAMENTO – On Tuesday, May 2, at 8:30 a.m., HJTA President Jon Coupal and a group of bipartisan coalition supporters join Senator Kelly Seyarto (R-Murrieta) at the State Capitol to announce strong support for Senate Constitutional Amendment (SCA) 4.
SCA 4 would protect the next generation in every community from being taxed out of the property their parents worked hard to acquire. Current law enacted by Proposition 19 (2020) made changes to the California Constitution that repealed an important taxpayer protection that had been in place for more than 30 years.
SCA 4 will be heard in the Senate Governance and Finance Committee on May 10.

• Rosie Milligan – Author, Estate Planner from Los Angeles
• Veronica Nelson – 1st Vice President & Legislative Chair, Sacramento Realtist Association
